We are happy to announce the employee of the month for April is Brittani Thompson from Nice House. Brittani recently took a resident on a trip to New Orleans, things did not go as planned and after many turn of events, including refusals to get on the plane to come home and several missed/delayed flights they finally made it home a few days later than planned. Brittani did a fantastic job providing support and making it home safe and sound, finally! OMRS is fortunate to have you as part of the OMRS family, and we are quite thankful you keep coming back to work after such an ordeal!

Ashley has recently been promoted to lead staff, she’s been eager to learn, flexible, and helping out wherever needed, all with a positive attitude. She recently accompanied an individual to the emergency room and it was a fairly traumatic visit, she did a great job keeping herself together and remained professional.
