OMRS, offers residential services and supports for adults who experience intellectual and developmental disabilities. We believe everyone should be given the opportunity to grow to their fullest abilities.
Eligibility Information
Individuals must be at least 18 years of age, have a diagnosed intellectual or developmental disability, and an established county case manager who can make a referral for services.
Our services and supports provide:
Individualized service plans that focus on integration, independence, productivity and skill building.
24 hour supports provided by highly qualified caregivers certified in First Aid/CPR and OIS to ensure the health and safety of each individual.
Activities based on the personal preference of each individual.
Emphasis on community integration through social events, outings as well as employment or alternative programs provided by other community agencies.
Safe, comfortable, personalized environments tailored to the individual.
Availability of nursing and behavior consultant services.
Our Homes in Albany and McMinnville.
Located in quiet residential areas, each home is licensed from three up to five individuals. Our homes offer opportunities for individuals of varying capabilities to live in a setting consistent with their needs for a successful day-to-day home life. Individuals have the freedom to personalize their own private room.
Our trained caregivers assist with daily living activities, coordination with healthcare providers, medication management and participation in community activities. Staffing is based on needs of the individual, from minimal assistance to one-on-one support. Individuals are encouraged to enhance life skills by assisting with caring for themselves and the space in which they live.
